Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Pre-Campaign Cancellations

If you change your mind or need to cancel your order, our refund thresholds are as follows:

• Within 12 hours (Before audit starts): We offer a 100% Full Refund (minus minor third-party processing fees).
• After onboarding details are collected (Before submissions start): We offer a 70% Partial Refund. The remaining 30% covers our audit specialist's labor hours.

2. Active Campaigns & Submissions

Once our citation builders begin submitting your business profiles to online directories (typically starting 24 to 48 hours after billing approval):

• We cannot issue refunds since labor hours have already been spent and physical listings are registered under your business name.
• Refunds will not be issued due to slow indexation times or mapping caching delays, as these are controlled by search engines, not Local Citations SEO.

3. Duplicate & Rejection Policy

During the pre-campaign scan, we identify and document existing listings. If a directory database rejects a listing submission because a verified profile already exists under your business name:

• We do not count duplicate rejections as completed work.
• Instead of charging you for a failed duplicate, we replace that listing with a substitute high-authority directory of similar strength at no extra cost.

4. Replacement Guarantee

If any live directory link we deliver in our final spreadsheet report goes down or is removed within 60 days of project handover:

5. How to File a Refund Request

To file a cancellation or refund request, please email noyonazim@gmail.com using the subject line Refund Request [Order ID]. Please include your company name and reason for cancellation. We review all requests within 24 business hours.
